Dr. Nefarious was an psychotic and sadistic mad scientist who was the minor antagonist in Ratchet and Clank franchise. Though he wasn't his sole motive, he acted mostly out of his vengeance, and was formed partnerships with many whom he would quickly betray. Dr. Nefarious gets abused by Dark Reinald sometimes.
